As major supplier of vapour/waste gas processing systems and solutions, we are glad to announce that we are expanding our services to a full solution provider and that we offer additional vapour processing technologies and energy recuperation
For years, the Bekaert CEB systems are the most effective and efficient way to reduce emission footprints, offering operational flexibility and very low emission values. Based on Bekaert’s pre-mix/metal fibre surface combustion technology, the Bekaert CEB systems are capable of processing mixed gasses/vapours with (fast) changes in composition and flow. From full loaded to inert vapour/gas streams, with the lowest support gas consumption during inerted flows.
PLC controlled, remotely operated, small footprint, low profile, flame-less, sooth-less and smell-less operation and a start-up from cold standby to 1200 degree Celsius in less than 1 minute makes the Bekaert CEB system the best choice for many tankpark and load/unload sites.
As full solution provider, we cover the whole chain, from vapour/gas collection to vapour processing and energy recuperation. And with our partner network we can offer the industry additional vapour/gas collection, transport and processing technologies, including various VRU technologies, RTO e.g.
One of the latest Bekaert CEB innovations is the heat recovery module, which allows operators to use the high quality heat of the Bekaert CEB systems for their own local heating and/or energy application.
The heat recovery unit is very suitable in cases of base load and medium uptime operations and can be retrofitted to already installed Bekaert CEB systems. A perfect solution for combined emission and energy reduction.
