    Johnson Screens Announces Acquires European Separation Specialists

    Johnson Screens (USA) announce the acquisition of M.A. Ind. (MAIND) of Cesena, Italy. MAIND, established in 2000, specializes in the design and manufacture of separation, removal and processing systems for liquid/solid separation. With thousands of installations worldwide, MAIND serves industries such as, food and beverage, wastewater, pulp and paper, mining, power, and oil and gas. Johnson Screens is looking forward to further expand into these industries with MAIND’s capabilities.

    MAIND’s product line includes vertical bar screens, rotary drum screens, screw compactors, vortex grit removal, packaged treatment systems, screw conveyors, and more.
    Johnson Screens’ and MAIND’s combined experience and capabilities will optimize existing technologies while striving to develop new technologies and solutions to meet the evolving needs for existing and future customers by combining Johnson Screens’ static screening capabilities with MAIND’s processing equipment.

    Together, we are now in a position to partner with our existing and future base of customers to bring a more complete product line to the table, offering new products and services from the same companies already known and trusted around the world. This new partnership will bring MAIND’s products into new industries and global markets, and will expand sales capabilities.
