Swedish Water Purifying Brand Launches to Huge Acclaim in China

Sweden’s Bluewater water purification brand won substainial attention at its launch in China of the brand's cutting-edge SuperiorOsmosis water cleaners at the Beijing 2014 ISH International Trade Fair, running May 13-15, to the Chinese residential and professional water purifying market. 

Bluewater’s SuperiorOsmosis water purification technology generates purified water 24 hours a day as and when required, utilising little energy and slashing the water wastage associated with traditional reverse osmosis systems by at least 83 percent.
 
“Bluewater’s unique SuperiorOsmosis technology addresses fear among consumers in China about the quality of their tap water by efficiently cleaning it of toxins, chlorine, bacteria and viruses, salt, heavy metals, nitrates and fluoride, hard water, and poor taste and smell,” said Niclas Wullt, Bluewater chief executive.
 
Wullt noted that over one billion people on the planet lack access to safe drinking water according to  WHO.
 
“Organisations like WHO warn that ongoing pollution, industrialisation, various agricultural practices, global climate change and other environmental pressures are shrinking the planet’s clean water supply. People and communities are searching for clean, safe drinking water, but many are not succeeding. Global health organisations report 3.5 million people die every year from water-borne illnesses, which are now the second leading cause of death for children under the age of five,” said Mr. Wullt.
