Headworks International Launched As Global Brand

Headworks (USA), a provider of advanced wastewater treatment processes and equipment for municipal and industrial facilities globally, is pleased to announce the launch of 'Headworks International Inc.' as the parent company of wholly-owned subsidiaries Headworks BIO Inc. and Headworks Inc. This reflects the Company's global nature and the potential for expansion to incorporate new business streams.

Following the reorganisation, Headworks BIO Inc. and Headworks Inc. will continue to perform the Company's operational functions, which consist of the design and manufacture of:

High efficiency Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) and Integrated Fixed-film Activated Sludge (IFAS) biological treatment solutions; and

A wide range of reliable self-cleaning screens and debris handling equipment.

Headworks International, headquartered in Houston, Texas, has sales and engineering offices in Canada, the Middle East and India. The Company's global footprint includes multiple MBBR installations in nine countries and over 1,000 screens and screenings handling equipment installations in 22 countries as well as nine of the top 10 cities by population in the United States.
