ProSep achieves inter-continental growth and success

ProSep, a provider of integrated process solutions, continues to expand its global footprint, driven by the success of its innovative Multiphase Adjustable Xtreme (MAX+) mixer technology. The high-efficiency MAX+ mixer is making waves across multiple continents, with recent projects in Central Europe, the US, and the Arabian Peninsula showcasing its impressive capabilities.

The MAX+ mixer, a key component of ProSep’s portfolio, is designed to optimize crude desalting processes by reducing chemical and wash water usage, cutting operational costs, and improving efficiency—all while enabling higher production rates. Operators across these regions are already benefiting from the mixer’s performance, validating its effectiveness in diverse environments.

ProSep has secured a series of projects over the past two years, with each at different stages of completion. Projects in the US and the Middle East are slated for installation this spring, while on-site testing is underway for a project in Central Europe. ProSep expects to gather results for all four projects by Q3 of this year. Early feedback from the Central European project is already showing significant improvements in the desalting process.

Despite the geographical differences of the projects, the success stories highlight the strategic goals set by ProSep’s leadership to expand its presence and support local energy infrastructure in these key regions.

Jacek Kacperski, ProSep’s European Sales Manager, who has been leading the key European project, commented:
“The success of our MAX+ mixer across three continents is a testament to its capabilities and the growing market interest in improving operational efficiency. In past projects, we’ve demonstrated how the MAX+ mixer, with its homogeneous distribution and efficient wash water mixing, enhances the separation of wash water and crude oil in desalting vessels.

Although these projects are still in progress, the results so far indicate substantial savings for our clients, particularly in reducing chemical and wash water consumption. Over the next four to six months, we’re excited to continue collaborating with each client, commissioning these units, tracking efficiency improvements, and ensuring long-term operational success.”

ProSep’s expanding success across multiple continents underscores its commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions for energy infrastructure worldwide.
