New Pumps Presented at Pollutec 2014

Tsurumi Europe (Germany) has recently launched a variety of new pumps, exhibiting its latest models at Pollutec 2014.

Tsurumi exhibited a selection of new pumps at the environment and energy tradeshow, Pollutec 2014. This year’s event, hosted in Lyon, France from 2^nd – 5^th December, was an important industry exhibition dedicated to environmental issues, including water and wastewater management. Tsurumi joined 2,200 exhibitors and 65,000 trade visitors, meeting with customers to discuss its latest products.

Tsurumi’s exhibit was organised by its French subsidiary, CE2A S.A.S.- TSURUMI FRANCE, and showcased 25 pumps, including 13 new models that have recently been launched into the European market. A successful cocktail event brought visitors together to explore this new range, with a large number of new and existing customers expressing interest in these much-anticipated models.

“The event was a resounding success,” says Christophe Eginer, managing director of CE2A. “The new pump models attracted a lot of interest from existing and prospective customers, and we took an unprecedented number of new orders during the show. Pollutec is a fantastic opportunity to talk to our customers and to better understand their needs, and we were able to discuss innovative solutions to a range of issues, as well as introducing our latest pumps.”

The models on display at Pollutec 2014 included additions to three of Tsurumi’s existing series and two brand new pump ranges.

The new KTD series slurry pumps features two models – the KTD22.0 and the KTD33.0 – to complement Tsurumi’s existing KTZ range of submersible drainage pumps. The new KTZE series heavy duty dewatering pumps are equipped with an electrode control system that regulates pump operation. When the water level rises and reaches the electrode, the pump is activated; stopping one minute after the water once again drops below the level of the electrode. Tsurumi now offers seven KTZE pumps in the European market.

The exhibit also included the new LH4110W, an addition to the LH-W series slim design high-head pumps, offering a large delivery head of up to 216m. Tsurumi has also added new models to the large pumping capacity GSZ series, equipped with a 75kW motor and capable of transporting 17,500 litres per minute. The company is also expanding the GPN series sand drainage pumps, adding the GPN 415 and GPN622 to its product offering.

All these models feature the high quality technical features associated with Tsurumi, ensuring reliability, easy maintenance and a long machine life. All the new models are available immediately, ready for shipment to meet the markets’ needs.
