Improve Efficiency, Customer Service, and Water Quality
Nov 02 2012
Whitewater Technologies (USA), specialist global technology provider of water network management solutions to utilities and industrials have recently announced their WaterWall system is being used at Peleg Hagalil, a water utility managing 13 towns in Northern Israel.
The first phase of implementation is valued at approximately 3 Million NIS. Whitewater will offer their software configured for customer service operations management, water quality, and security packages. Peleg HaGalil is confident that by putting their trust in Whitewater they have made a choice that will enable them to improve decision making on their network, ultimately improving operating efficiency, providing better levels of service to their customers, and assuring water quality and security. WaterWall has already been installed in several other water utilities in Israel and in other parts of the world as the solution of choice for utilities looking to transition to a smarter water network.
The WaterWall is a market leading system enabling operators complete data synchronisation, analytics, optimisation and automation of operating activities across the entire utility. By looking at a utility’s IT environment with a holistic approach, the result is improved system operation and performance at greater reliability and lower cost. Beyond increasing efficiency and customer service levels, the system also helps utilities better understand the effects of water quality changes, reduce water loss, and optimise chemical consumption while reducing response times for operational activities.
Amos Rodin, Peleg Hagalil’s CEO : “We are very pleased to cooperate with Whitewater. We are heading towards a new era in the way we manage and secure our water quality. Our top priority is to ensure the health of our customers. It is not merely enough to distribute the water; we also have to make sure that we distribute the highest quality of water at the lowest cost to consumers. Today with WaterWall on our side, we will be able to ensure high levels of service in our day to day activities and in crisis.”
Dovev Lewinsohn, Whitewater Technologies’ CEO: “Water networks face many complex challenges from the need for higher efficiency and consumer demands to assuring water quality and security. We are happy that Peleg Hagalil chose Whitewater to help them better address these challenges”.
