Extension of the TotalCare Service Portfolio in the United States

Xylem Inc. (USA), a specialist global water technology company focused on addressing the world’s most challenging water issues, recently announced the extensions of their TotalCare service portfolio in the US market. During WEFTEC 2012 in New Orleans, Xylem announced their TotalCare service portfolio is now available for Flygt customers in the US. TotalCare is already available for Xylem’s Wedeco brand and will be extended to cover the Godwin, Leopold and Sanitaire brands in the US in 2013.

The TotalCare service is made up of 12 standardised packages. These packages offer an all-encompassing service and support to Xylem customers. This includes design and consultancy, installation and commissioning, repair and maintenance, inspection and auditing, asset refurbishment (retrofits and upgrades) and training and technical support services, amongst others.

The service gives customers a complete and enhanced after sales offering which is delivered by a global network of service professionals. This provides Xylems customers with peace of mind and aims to deliver optimal system performance with a focus on cost reduction.
